By entering this contest, you agree to the rules, terms, and conditions which are set forth below. The Scentsy County Fair contest will begin on June 10, 2010. Submissions will be accepted through July 5, 2010. To enter a recipe, go to www.scentsycountyfair.com , provide your contact information, and propose your recipe. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your entry.
Recipes must be submitted in one-cube increments. No more than three cubes can be used in any recipe.
Recipes must fall under one of the posted categories: Bake Off, Fun in the Sun, First Date, Day at the Spa, and In Bloom. Only recipes using the Spring/Summer 2010 catalog fragrances, including Scents of the Month (Spring Clean™, Red Candy Apple™, Clarity™ and Tranquil Waters™), will be accepted for submission.
There is no limit to the number of submissions per person. Everyone is welcome to enter.
The top five recipes in each category will be included in the Scentsy County Fair Spring/Summer 2010 Recipe Book. Winners will be announced July 12, 2010. Each of the top five recipe winners will receive a copy of the Scentsy County Fair Spring/Summer 2010 Recipe Book and an authentic Scentsy Apron.
Blue Ribbon winners, the number one recipes from each category, and the Best in Show winner will be announced July 28-30 at Scentsy’s Annual Convention. Scentsy reserves sole and absolute discretion to choose the winning recipes. Blue Ribbon winners will receive a copy of the Scentsy County Fair Spring/Summer 2010 Recipe Book, an authentic Scentsy Apron, a blue ribbon, and approximately $50 worth of corn dogs and cotton candy. The Best in Show will receive everything the Blue Ribbon winners receive, as well as one oversized carnival-style stuffed animal. Scentsy reserves sole and absolute discretion to make changes to the prizes awarded.
In the event that the winning entries are submitted by more than one participant, Scentsy may, at its sole and absolute discretion, either award any prize and give credit to the first entry that was properly submitted, or award prizes and give credit as it deems fit to one or more of the participants that submitted the winning entries. Any and all recipes submitted become the property of Scentsy, including names and instructions. If you submit any creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, designs, original artwork, or other information, you assign to Scentsy all of your rights in and to them without compensation or payment of any kind. Scentsy reserves the right to disqualify any submission or participant for failure to abide by these terms and conditions. As part of this contest, you are required to submit your name and contact information. Scentsy will treat this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. If your submission is selected as a winner, you hereby grant Scentsy the right to identify you as the winner on its website, in advertisements, or in any other form which Scentsy deems fit.
